Sunderland have snapped up Chelsea youngster George Brady.
The Evening Chronicle says Brady has joined Sunderland after being released by Chelsea, and will join the Black Cats' development squad for the 2015-16 campaign.
The 18-year-old centre-back is the nephew of West Ham vice-chairman Karren Brady and was born in Monaco, spending much of his junior career at French clubs.
In 2012, as a 15-year-old, Chelsea paid AS Cannes £250,000 in compensation for his services, beating both Manchester United and City as well as Arsenal to his signature.
