Tranmere Rovers have extended Jose Baxter's loan from Everton for a further month.

The 19-year-old has featured six times for Rovers since joining on loan from Everton.

"I've spoken to David Moyes and he's okayed it for another month," manager Les Parry told Tranmere's official website.

"I've spoken to Jose and he's dying to stay here for another month so we just need to finalise it for Wednesday."

"I'm delighted he's adapted to League One. He's got that gift of knowing what's around him, knowing when he's got time and when he hasn't got time and he's using it well."
