League One outfit Tranmere Rovers are lining up a move for Everton youngster James Wallace, reports Sky Sports. The 20-year-old midfielder spent the second half of last season on loan at Prenton Park after impressing coaching staff.
And now boss Ronnie Moore has seen enough of the player to want to bring him to the Birkenhead club on a permanent basis.
