Tranmere Rovers boss John Barnes is delighted to see Kenny Dalglish again involved with Liverpool.

Dalglish signed Barnes for Liverpool and the Rovers boss told liverpoolfc.tv: "It's fantastic. Kenny is Liverpool through and through and he has so much to offer the club in so many different ways.

"It will give everyone at the club a boost, not least the fans. More importantly I think Liverpool feel they can get great value out of Kenny and he wouldn't be here otherwise."
