Chelsea youngster Nathaniel Chalobah says that training regularly alongside senior players like Cesc Fabregas, N'Golo Kante and Nemanja Matic is helping him evolve as a player.
Thee 22-year-old, who has progressed through the club's youth academy, made his breakthrough last season as he made ten appearances for Antonio Conte's league winning side.
He said: "I have competition ahead of me in Kante, Fabregas and Matic and we're taking European Cup winners, World Cup winners and full internationals.
"These are players that you can learn from every single day in terms of what they do on the pitch and the way they are off the pitch.
"I try to take something from all of them. Kante's work rate and defensive quality. Matic, his composure, and Cesc, his passing and always picking up passes.
"But I don't really say I'm first choice here or I've now made it. I'm just really trying to improve every single year, that's all."
