The deal involves Revs midfielders Jeff Larentowicz and Wells Thompson to be traded to Colorado for goalkeeper Preston Burpo and defender Cory Gibbs but some difficulties were experienced involving ‘Gibbs’ contract as well as a delay until Monday for his medical exam to be performed’ reported the Washington Post’s Insider.
