The Sun says Trabzonspor have joined Turkish rivals Galatasaray in the race for Obi Mikel.
The Nigerian holding midfielder, 26, remains under contract at Stamford Bridge.
He is currently on holiday after playing at the Confederations Cup, won by hosts in Brazil.
