Portsmouth face missing out on Tours striker Olivier Giroud.
The Scottish Sun says PSG, Monaco and Toulouse are on 23-year-old Giroud's trail, along with Portsmouth, Middlesbrough, Stuttgart and Hoffenheim.
But Tours chief Max Marty has told the youngster to move to Celtic.
He explained: "It's certain Olivier will be sold in the next transfer window and most likely in the first week in January. There is far too much concrete interest from clubs in France, Germany, England and Scotland for it not to happen.
"Celtic are one of the interested sides and I think he's ready to try his luck abroad.
" If it was down to me I'd reckon Celtic would be a fantastic option for him.
"They are a big club with a fantastic support and they are in a league where he could settle very quickly and easily get upwards of 15 goals."
