Toure upset with performance in Liverpool's defeat at Arsenal

Defender Kolo Toure not satisfied with his performance during Liverpool's 4-1 defeat at the hands of Arsenal.

Liverpool were completely ripped to shreds by Arsenal at the Emirates on Saturday and the Reds did not do themselves any favours by putting in an utterly woeful performance at the back.

Defender Toure was one of the many Liverpool players guilty of underperforming on the day and the 34-year old has now held his hand up by admitting that he was not happy with his display.

The former Arsenal defender said: "It was difficult to play against an Arsenal team like that, when everything was for them and they scored three easy goals. Although we have lost these last two games, we have to react. I have to react and be better than I was. I am not happy with what I did.

"We have great players and a fantastic squad, and so we have the quality to do it. Our next game is going to be really important, we will fight."
