Kolo Toure is on his way out the Liverpool exit door to join Turkish side Trabzonspor according to reports.
Trabzonspor president Ibrahim Haciosmanoglu has confirmed that the Ivory Coast defender has agreed terms to leave Anfield with reports suggesting the 33-year old will sign a two-year deal.
"We have agreed terms with Kolo Toure and we will bring him to the club," said Haciosmanoglu.
It is believed that Trabzonspor will pay Liverpool £1.5million for the former Manchester City man who arrived on Merseyside from Eastlands on a two-year contract last summer.
