The Daily Mirror says Toure reportedly threw his Community Shield medal into the Villa Park crowd.

The 31-year-old defender was left on the bench as the Premier League champions beat Chelsea 3-2.

And Toure was involved in a furious bust-up with manager Roberto Mancini after the final whistle.

Pictures were posted on Twitter of fans with what was allegedly the Ivory Coast player's medal.
