Yaya Toure has urged Barcelona teammates not to concede the title race to Real Madrid.

Although admitting that overhauling Real would be "difficult", the Ivory Coast midfielder said: "The Liga is not over. Barca can still finish first and win the title.

"If Madrid have lost to Almeria, then anything is possible. We can still win the Liga."
