Toulouse have turned down an offer from QPR for fullback Serge Aurier.
The London Evening Standard says QPR have suffered further frustration in the transfer market after having an ambitious £5m bid for Ivory Coast right back Serge Aurier rejected by Toulouse.
Manager Harry Redknapp has made strengthening his defence a top priority and made a move for Aurier, who starred for the Ivory Coast at the World Cup.
But Toulouse have dismissed their enquiry, while the 21-year-old is believed to have made it clear he has no interest in moving to Loftus Road.
Aurier is wanted by a host of clubs across Europe including Arsenal, Tottenham and Paris Saint Germain and is expected to cost £10m.
