Toulouse midfielder Etienne Capoue is believed to be stalling a potential move to Cardiff City.
The Welsh club have agreed a fee of around £8.5million plus add-ons for the 25-year old Frenchman but reports suggest he is holding out for a bigger club to swoop.
Capoue, who has previously been linked with North London rivals Arsenal and Tottenham, has been a regular in Toulouse's midfield for the past five years whilst winning five caps for the French national team.
