Outspoken Toulouse coach Pascal Dupraz has had a pop at Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola.

Dupraz has questioned how Guardiola would handle working with a limited transfer budget at a smaller club.

"Guardiola is certainly a great coach but tell him to come and take the 19th L1 budget with a workforce that does not move," declared the TFC coach.

"And see if progress is made. Perhaps. I'm not saying he's overrated but you start at Barca, go to Bayern and Manchester City, he avoids the scrutiny of people questoning you and your game.

"You always have the best players in the world."
