Roma captain Francesco Totti says victory over Parma is proof they haven't thrown in the towel over their title push.

Inter Milan are again top of the table after their win at Lazio, but Totti says Roma showed title-winning character to defeat Parma on Saturday.

"The story continues," wrote the captain on his official website. "Once again in Parma we lived through an emotional match made of passion and iron will.

"All of us, the Coach, fans and squad, confirmed the most important thing: WE ARE HERE. And we will be right to the end."
