AS Roma captain Francesco Totti is delighted with the way he's been treated by Canada's football fans.
The Giallorossi captain was given a standing ovation by the Toronto FC crowd during a 4-1 friendly victory in Canada this week.
"It was a wonderful day and I really didn't expect that welcome," he said in a Press conference.
"The game with Chelsea will be prestigious and we want to make a good impression."
Totti made his Serie A debut for Roma in March 1993 and was asked whether he'd ever leave his hometown club.
"It has been 20 years of love with the same jersey and I think it was a great life experience. The MLS? It'd be very difficult, because I have a contract with Roma and want to respect it. I am not thinking of other teams or other Leagues.
