AS Roma skipper Francesco Totti was delighted with his brace in their 2-2 draw with Lazio. Totti struck twice to drag Roma back from going 2-0 down.
"Unfortunately we threw away the first half and were unable to play our football," he told Sky Sport Italia.
"It wasn't easy to turn this result around, but we were more clinical and proved we can fight for the Scudetto.
"I am proud of the record and it's the best thing for a Roman."
Totti celebrated with a selfie in front of the Curva Sud with the Giallorossi fans behind him.
"I thought about it during the week. There is this fashion for selfies now and I like to keep my private life to myself, but this was a unique opportunity that would never be repeated. It was my phone and I asked Guido Nanni to bring it to me if I scored."
