Tottenham fullback Kyle Walker says he'll be fit for England's Euros campaign.

Walker saw former West Brom boss Roy Hodgson quite a few times around Birmingham when he was on loan at Aston Villa last season but never stopped to chat.

"Maybe I should have given him a cuddle!" said the right-back, who is now hoping he has done enough to be included in Hodgson's Euro 2012 squad tomorrow.

"It is down to football and if my football ability is there and it is what he likes, then hopefully I am on the plane.

"Personally I have never worked with Roy, but I've heard very good things about him. Tactically he is more than experienced."
