Tottenham midfielder Rafael van der Vaart is tightlipped on reports he's been effectively 'retired' by the Dutch FA on 99 caps.

A leaked report analysing Holland's dismal Euros campaign recommended Van der Vaart be dumped from the squad for the 2014 World Cup qualifying campaign.

"I do not want to say too much about it because I've heard a lot over the past two days and I'm still assessing it. I don't want to yet respond," said the Spurs ace.
