Tottenham midfielder Scott Parker is pinching himself over his success with England.
He's now preparing for tomorrow's Euros quarterfinal against Italy.
Parker said: "I can't quite believe I'm part of it now. It makes you feel all the hard work has been worth it. It's huge for me. Playing for my country is a massive honour.
"Ever since I was a boy, it's something I've always dreamed of. To be sitting here with a quarter-final against Italy coming up, I have to pinch myself.
"Yes, it's an old, old cliche but I'm over the moon. I really am - and long may it continue.
"Long may I stay in the competition. I'm not getting younger so this may be my 'one time'.
"My one time in a major tournament. My one and only crack at the big time.
"My one and only time to come up against the likes of Di Natale, De Rossi and Pirlo and show what I can do. Come on, think about it - the World Cup in Brazil in 2014, I'll be 33.
"I'll try my hardest to get there, but, realistically, this is really it."
