Tottenham midfielder Wilson Palacios admits he's amazed by the progress he's made since arriving from Honduras.

"The progress I have made has been a surprise for even me! The Honduran game is slower, but I've adapted nonetheless and being at a club like Spurs can only help. I don't see myself as a physically strong player - I'm quite a slim guy - but the Honduran game is also very physical, so my style of football seems to have suited the Premier League," he told Spurs TV Online.
