He told Spurs TV Online: "Millwall did wonders for my confidence. In my last game against Yeovil I scored and got man of the match.
"I felt really fit and strong coming back to Spurs, my game had come on in leaps and bounds, and I couldn't wait to try and impress Juande Ramos.
"I was training really well and the way the manager was taking the training was my sort of thing; two-touch football, passing, crossing and shooting. I really took to it well and just went from there."
