Jamie O'Hara has joined League One side Millwall on a month's loan.

The 20-year-old midfielder, who featured in the Spurs squad for the pre-season tour of South Africa, came on as a second-half substitute in the Lions' 1-0 defeat at Southend.

O'Hara enjoyed a successful loan spell at League One team Chesterfield last season when he scored five goals in 19 appearances.
