Tottenham midfielder Jamie O'Hara says he'll get over his Carling Cup final shootout failure.

Speaking at an EA Sports event he said: "I gave my winners' medal to my dad last year and I'll give him my losers' medal.

"My ambition now is to go back to Wembley with Spurs, win a final and keep the medal myself.

"If we can beat Boro and get something at Sunderland on Saturday we can really move up the table."
