The winger attributes his positive attitude to the good mood in the camp and insists the new boys are mixing well with Tottenham's old guard.

The 21-year-old told the club's official website: "It's been good to have a break but now I'm back and feeling fresh and it's great to see the lads again in training after a long time off.

"It seems as though everyone has looked after themselves over the summer. We all knew that we'd be in for a hard pre-season, but everyone's up for it and looking forward to the coming campaign.

"We're all excited about the new season and it's also good to see new faces joining the club as well. It's a really strong squad and everyone's buzzing."
