Tottenham midfielder Jermaine Jenas is confident teammate Roman Pavlyuchenko will come good after his goal in last night's Carling Cup victory over Newcastle United.
But Jenas claims the ex-Spartak Moscow star needs a rest - just weeks into the new campaign.
He said: "You have to remember Roman has just had a long old season.
"But I've seen enough of him, in training and in flashes in games, to suggest he is going to be a fantastic player for us."
