Jermaine Jenas has hailed the impact made by Harry Redknapp since his arrival at Tottenham.
The England international told Sky Sports: "He has obviously brought a lot of confidence to a lot of players, and a lot of belief within the camp.
"Everyone knows Harry is a top guy but I don't think he gets a lot of credit for the tactical side of things."
