Tottenham ace Gareth Bale insists he never considered a move to Arsenal.

Bale played down rumours that he could have moved to the red side of north London, instead of Tottenham, from Southampton in 2007.

"I don't remember Arsenal ever being interested in me but it wouldn't have made a difference as I made my choice to come to Tottenham on footballing decisions."
