Tottenham midfielder Nabil Bentaleb has pledged his international future to Algeria.

The 19-year-old, like Manchester United's Adnan Januzaj, might have qualified for England in the future based on residency. But France-born Bentaleb has opted to play for the land of his fathers rather than the land of opportunity or the country of his birth.
