Tottenham have not yet made an approach for Montpellier midfielder Younes Belhanda.
The Moroccan international has recently been linked with a possible move to Spurs but Montpellier chairman Louis Nicollin claims nothing has transpired thus far.
However, he did suggest that a January departure for Belhanda could be on the cards provided the appropriate transfer fee is offered.
"Tottenham's interest? There has been nothing official as yet, but I would like there to be," Nicollin told L'Equipe.
"If a good offer arrives, he will leave. We can live without him and he can live without us."
