Tottenham winger Andros Townsend is thrilled with his England U21 call.
Townsend has already made six appearances for Spurs this season and marked his first start of the campaign with a superb goal against Carlisle in the Capital One Cup.
"It's good to know that you are recognised for playing well and being called-up for such an important play-off is a real honour," he told the club's website.
"It's great to know the manager (Stuart Pearce) has the trust to bring me into the squad for such vital matches.
"All I can do now is try to train with confidence and repeat what I've been doing with Spurs."
