Tottenham winger Andros Townsend has been hit by FA charges for alleged betting offences.
And the Tottenham star, 21, will also miss England Under-21s' European Championship campaign next month.
The winger, who spent the second half of the season on loan at QPR, has until June 3 to answer the charges.
An FA statement said: "The FA has charged Andros Townsend in relation to alleged breaches of its rules governing misconduct and betting.
"He has withdrawn from the England Under-21 squad and will be replaced by Birmingham City's Nathan Redmond."
