Tottenham wing-back Danny Rose admits he was ready for a loan move before Harry Redknapp was replaced by Andre Villas-Boas.

Rose admitted he had been set to go out on loan this summer, but is not sure how Villas-Boas' appointment will change things.

"We'll see what happens when I get back," he said.

"It had already been agreed last season that I could go out on loan.

"Obviously things have changed with Harry Redknapp being sacked so I will have to see what happens when I get back."
