Tottenham are ready to sell Robbie Keane.
The Daily Mail says Keane is poised for his third deadline-day move in 18 months, with Tottenham ready to send him to Aston Villa or Newcastle United to help Harry Redknapp bring in a new signing.
Keane was offered as a makeweight in a £14million bid made on Saturday to Villa for long-time Redknapp target Ashley Young.
But the Republic of Ireland captain may prefer to move instead to St James' Park, where he is guaranteed regular football every week.
Redknapp views Keane as his fourth-choice striker and wants to move him on to bring in a new face following Tottenham's qualification for the Champions League.
