Tottenham are chasing Aston Villa midfielder Fabian Delph.
The Sun says Tottenham could use Lewis Holtby as part of a transfer bid for Villa midfielder Delph.
Holtby is currently playing on-loan with Hamburg SV.
Delph, off contract in June, is nursing a shoulder injury.
Villa recently confirmed they'd made the England international a new contract offer.
"The club has made a strong offer to Fabian to keep him at Villa beyond this season and our clear desire would be that he remains at the club," a club spokesman said.
