Tottenham are chasing Bulgarian winger Todor Nedelev.
The Mirror says Spurs are in talks with Bulgarian club Botev Plovdiv for highly-rated young winger Nedelev.
Spurs have already splashed out on the £26m purchase of striker Roberto Soldado, spent £17m on Paulinho, another £9m on Etienne Capoue and £7m on Nacer Chadli during this close-season.
