Tottenham are edging closer to landing West Ham United midfielder Scott Parker.
Tottenham have been trying to off-load midfielder Wilson Palacios to raise funds to buy Scott Parker from West Ham United, says the Daily Star.
Tottenham are keen on Parker's services, with West Ham ready to do business for around £10m for the Football Writers' Player of the Year.
