Tottenham want Everton boss Moyes to succeed Redknapp

Tottenham WANT Everton boss David Moyes should Harry Redknapp accept the England job.

The Daily Star says Moyes is the man Spurs chairman Daniel Levy wants to take over at White Hart Lane if Redknapp, 64, quits for England.

With Spurs third in the Premier League, it looks a good bet Redknapp will secure Champions League qualification for the second time in three years.

It would be the perfect carrot to lure Moyes away from Everton.

The 48-year-old has been at Goodison for 10 years and produced remarkable results on an almost non-existent budget.

There is a strong feeling that, despite his loyalty, Moyes has taken Everton as far as he can.
