Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp is banking on QPR selling their star midfielder Adel Taarabt.
The Sunday Mirror says Redknapp has been told that he must sell before he can consider embarking on a recruitment campaign. However, Spurs are poised to receive a bonus from Taraabt's imminent move from Premier League new boys QPR.
They have a 35 per sent sell-on in the event of the player leaving Loftus Road, which is why QPR are valuing the player so highly.
The west London club have turned down £13.5million and want about £16m for the Morocco international playmaker.
