Tottenham to visit Singapore and Vietnam in May

English Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur will make a trip to Asia in May. Spurs will play two matches, one in Hanoi and one in Singapore, which is being organised by sports marketing company The Red Card.

Director R. Sasikumar said that nearly all of Tottenham's big name players will be available for the tour.

"At least 90 per cent of the team has to play, including the usual suspects. That's a contractual obligation," he said.

"Of course, with injuries and all that, no one can predict such things, but otherwise, they'll come out with their full team.

"We're looking for at least 30,000 to 35,000 fans turning up, so at the moment, I think there's only one stadium that is available, and the National Stadium is it."

It is also understood that Liverpool are in talks with Singapore's Football Association for a similar tour.
