The Cameroon international is ready to leave Espanyol this summer and is fielding offers from England, says Marca.
Fulham, Aston Villa, Tottenham, Everton and Manchester United all had scouts watch Kameni in action during the season.
Kameni favours a move to England, despite the interest of Malaga and Atletico Madrid in Spain.
