Tottenham are closing in on Seattle Sounders young gun DeAndre Yedlin.
The 21-year old right-back is set to land a £2million move to White Hart Lane according to Goal.com.
Yedlin has enjoyed a rapid rise in recent years, going from the Sounders U23 side in 2012 to representing the USA in the recent World Cup and will now sign with a Premier League club.
Yedlin, who played against Spurs in a pre-season tour game recently, will sign with the north Londoners but will remain with Seattle for the rest of the 2014 MLS season.
The seven-time US international will officially join Tottenham in January 2015 once he completes his duties with the Sounders who currently sit second on the overall MLS table.
