Fox Sports' coverage of last Sunday's Tottenham versus Arsenal English Premier League clash rated extremely well on US television.
The taped network broadcast attracted 1.6 million viewers which was better than the Manchester United/Chelsea match the weekend prior and about the same as the Barcelona versus Manchester United Champions League final in May.
Live coverage of Spurs/Arsenal on Fox Soccer Channel on Sunday morning attracted 300,000 viewers whilst another 200,000 watched on Fox Deportes.
Fox is attempting to integrate Premier League matches into their NFL Sunday programming and so far the numbers have been positive.
