Tottenham could use Didier Zokora to settle a compo dispute with Sevilla.
The Daily Mail says Spurs officials are due in court in Seville next week with the Spanish side claiming they are owed at least £1.3m because, in their opinion, Juande Ramos breached his contract to move to White Hart Lane in October 2007.
Thus far, Sevilla have yet to receive a response to their offer of £6million for Zokora.
Spurs are understood to be looking for around £7.5m for the Ivory Coast midfielder but an out of court agreement over Ramos could bridge the gap.
