PSV Eindhoven striker Ola Toivonen is in the sights of Tottenham.
The Daily Mail says Tottenham have been told to make their move for Toivonen or risk missing out on the PSV Eindhoven hotshot.
He is on a list of strikers but signing Emmanuel Adebayor from Manchester City is a priority.
