Nabil Bentaleb is eager to stay long-term with Tottenham.

The 20-year-old still has a contract which runs until June 2018 but has become a Spurs regular after being brought through by Tim Sherwood last season.

The Daily Mail says Bentaleb is set to massively increase his current deal to around £35,000-per-week after becoming a key man under the Argentine.

His deal at present was signed when he was 18 - after impressing for the Under 21s - but he has since made the transition into the seniors.
