Tottenham are chasing Club Brugge striker Obbi Oulare.

The Express & Star says Spurs appear to be giving up on their chase for Aston Villa striker Christian Benteke, but they do still want a similar forward.

Spurs are ready to join the race for fellow Belgian and Club Brugge front-man Oulare, after their scouts watched his last two matches.

The 19-year-old has been labelled the 'new Benteke' because of his powerful frame and quiet nature off the field, which has been duly noted.
