Tottenham to try again for ex-Man Utd defender Zeki Fryers
Tottenham are ready to try again for former Manchester United defender Zeki Fryers.
The Daily Mail says the 20-year-old left-back trained with Tottenham in the summer after leaving Manchester United.
He was expected to join the White Hart Lane club but United could have commanded up to £6m compensation as he was under 23.
Belgian side Standard Liege signed him instead on a two year contract and he has gone on to make seven first team appearances.
Liege would sell now and a deal could be done for around £3million.
