Tottenham must break the bank to land Athletic Bilbao midfielder Ander Herrera.
The People says Harry Redknapp may have to part with close to £20million to land Spanish midfielder Herrera from La Liga strugglers Athletic Bilbao.
The Tottenham boss is keen on the 22-year-old Euro Under-21 winner but Bilbao insist they will only listen to bids well in excess of £15m.
